ABOUT ME

Allow me to tell you a little bit about me. My name is Armando Contreras Galarza and I am originally from Monterrey, Mexico.
I graduated with a B.A. in Theology and Intercultural Communication from Minnesota Bible College, and over the years I have continued to educate myself by collecting various certifications and training. Since 1994 I have dedicated my life to teaching, spiritual counseling, and Life Coaching in Mexico, the USA, and Germany. It was here in Germany that I met Anita – my beautiful wife of 21 years – and together we have four wonderful children.

I have had the opportunity to have lived in three different countries, which is in and of itself a huge privilege. This privilege has allowed me to get to know wonderful people, experience interesting challenges, broaden my perspectives, gather vast foreign language skills (Spanish, English, and German), international experience, and intercultural competence as a Youth Leader, Speaker, Team Developer, Mediator, and Goal Attainment Coach.

I know the meaning, difficulty, and joy of adapting to a new culture, learning new languages, finding a home in a new country, building relationships, finding the right job, etc. These experiences have not only have thought me to be resilient, disciplined, and successful in the pursuit of long-term goals. These are some of the reasons I love to work with people from different cultures, religions, and professional backgrounds to help them achieve their goals. Hive
